    If Marijuana is legalized, should smoking ban laws be amended to allow marijuana smoking in public places?

    For example, should Cannabis Cafes be allowed to open, with smoking inside? Where smoking has been banned outside in parks, should marijuana smoking be allowed (especially popular at concerts?)

    Everybody looks at that cigarettes cause cancer, and this is true but I also look at the fact that marijuana, which smells like a skunk, is worse than plain cigarette smoke. I wouldn't want that in a public place because I would be looking for a rabid black and white cat hopping around.

    Why should smoking laws be amended just because a drug is legalized? Other forms of smoking are legal and are banned in certain places so pot shouldn't be given special treatment just because it becomes legal.

    NO! Smoke is smoke. None of it is good for you (tho tobacco is actually a poisonous weed).

    Nope. If anything, they should be more strictly enforced. If legalized, weed smoke should largely be restricted to private areas.
