I take very little medicine. Have to make myself take NSAID for pains that I could endure without the analgesic but sometimes those aid the healing process with the anti-inflammatory.
I am very suspect of all prescription meds and have found I am allergic to many of them, getting a rash or other symptoms.
So, NO I don't take meds too often.

No way. It has to be significant for me to take an Advil.

You mean do I run out and get a prescription if I sneeze? No but if I have a headache I'm taking something for it if I can. And i take Zicam when i feel a cold first coming on.

Headaches are one thing I don't play around with, when I feel them coming on I do take ibuprofen because I do NOT want them ballooning into a migraine that nothing will help. Everything else, no, I usually don't bother.

Nah I usually wait it out to see what happens, I would rather not take any drugs if I can help it.

I will start taking pills at the first sign of anything that looks like it could be the sign of a cold just to ward it off. Past that I usually wait to see if it goes away by itself.
