Man refuses to stop video taping a teenage girl outside.

The cameraman does come off as quite a perv but he had a point. This girl is in the middle of Times Square doing corny ass ballerina moves for absolutely NO reason whatsoever. She's doing it in a public place and he can film whatever he wants. That's what tourists do. I'm still stuck on why she was there acting like a broke down female Baryshnikov in the first place.

The way he kept zooming in on her bottom half pretty much exposes his perversion. He did have a right to video tape it though, as it is a public street.
