Okay - I don't know what the wardrobe people were thinking, but Billy's hair did NOT look at all flattering on Friday's eppy. Normally Billy looks really hot but not on Friday's show - not with his hair done that way.

He had shorter hair on Baywatch. This longer hair just isn't working. At least he's not slicking it back, though, and making it all greasy the way Sonny's and Jason's hair used to look.
