I was stuck at home for the morning but then the ice melted and I was able to go out for awhile.

I just had to watch my step getting from my front door to my car but after that I had no problem. My brother in Illinois finally got snow

We never really get snow days here - we get snow but rarely enough for a snow day. Besides, the school district superintendent has a big, fancy, souped-up truck with all the bells and whistles so he figures if he can get to work, the rest of us should be able to, too.
