    Exactly how STUPID is his lawyer that he thinks the courts are going to buy this? Oh they can always hope, they sold a jury on the Twinkie defense, but correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there footage that shows him shooting Kennedy? So who cares if HE doesn't remember it? Everybody else who was alive then does.

    Maybe not so stupid afterall. This IS America afterall, our courts love to make stupid decision. The defense is, of course, absurd. But if there was ever a country with courts dumb enough to buy it, it'd be America.

    More stupidity from Sirhan Sirhan. This is the same idiot who thought he should get out of prison several years ago because according to him if Bobby were still alive he would want him to be released. Yeah..about that...

    That's my take on it. He should just do his time, which is LIFE, fade into oblivion & stop these ridiculous attempts.
