    I opened up a new magazine today and found a little booklet inside from the National Association of Realtors entitled Benefits of Home Ownership. They maintain that the children of home owners have much higher academic achievement. That's probably true but I think it has more to do with better-funded schools in suburban areas rather than home ownership. Whats your take on this?

    Realtors are the people who make money when other people buy and sell homes? My take on this is consider the source.
