    Would you rather be forced to watch network television (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW; no cable) or be forced to listen to a top 40 radio station (based on today's music?)

    No one need force me to watch Network TV as I watch it already.

    Forcing me to listen to a top 40 stn with today's music is moot as it would violate the US Constitution "cruel & unusual punishment" protections.
