I can think of some circumstances where it would be warranted but not just out of sheer vanity. Let them pay for that themselves as an adult.

If the plastic surgery was helping remove a bad scar or a big deformity, I'd consider it, but not if it was just surface stuff like so manh of the celebs get.

If they hate the way nature intended them to be, then they're going to have to come up with the funds to "fix" it. I only pay for medical procedures that are necessary.
