How long does it take for you to fall asleep?

I used to have a terrible time getting to sleep. I used to have to (and still do, by habit) turn the clock away from me so I couldn't see the time. But now I fall asleep pretty quickly, usually within 20 minutes or so.

How about you?

Probably about 10 or 15 minutes most of the time.

If I'm lucky - 10-20 minutes.

It varies, sometimes I can fall asleep in 5 minutes or 30 minutes. I guess it depends on what is on my mind when I am getting into bed.

Depends on how tired I am. Maybe half an hour or so, unless I'm really wound up about something.

Depends on how tired I am. If I have had a full day, then usually it takes no more than five minutes. My problem is sometimes waking up in the middle of the night; when that happens, it may take longer to get back to sleep.

On a normal night, I probably pop off within three to five minutes of my head making contact with the pillow. The only thing that keeps me up is if I have to pee. I can't sleep if my bladder is even a little full, will lay there very anxious about if I'm feeling it or not, until finally I go to the bathroom. That has interrupted my sleep on multiple occasions.
