    What kind of potato chips do you prefer, the 'smooth' kind, the rippled kind, or does it matter?

    When I was a kid the only kind we got was the rippled potato chips, I don't know why, but my father never got anything else. Now when we got barbecue and sour cream I was surprised because they didn't have the ridges in them, and today I eat both kinds but I prefer smooth.

    Rippled. Smooth is usually hit or miss....bur rippled is always good.

    Either for plain snacking but something like Ruffles for dips. Plain chips don't hold up.

    I like Ruffles, but I hardly ever buy them. I guess I like smooth more.
