YES! If I sit inside on my day off, fucking around online while it was either a perfect bike riding or beach day I get realy frustrated and angry at myself.

It's not mandatory....but it's something I try to do. I'm more a night owl anyway....that's when I get tempted to leave the house.

I don't have to be but I like to be outside during a beautiful day. We have so few of them that you can bear in the summer that I like to take advantage of them.

not really, like marc said, im more of a night owl too. when the sun goes down, is when i like to be out and about.
