    I enjoy it with a few things. Baked potato, nachos, onion dip, etc. i like sour cream and salsa on my pierogies.

    I agree that cottage cheese is not the business, but I do like sour cream on things like scrambled ground beef.

    Yep....sour cream mixed w/ shredded cheese applied to scrambled hamburger is good as fuck.

    Very little to none. If it's on my enchiladas, I scrape it aside. Don't usually want it on my baked potatoes. I like it in very small doses and only once in awhile.
