When they came on in quick succession, back in '98? A lot of OLTL fans despised their emergence. How did you feel? I took a break from the show for a few years in the mid-late 1990s. When I came back in 1999, they were there -- everywhere, and I hated every last one of them. Over time I grew to like Lindsay, but never became a real fan of that whole family.

I kept on watching. I never watch the show live so thank god for the FF button. I only watched what I wanted to watch of them. It was sort of like when Patrick Thornhardt and Mel Hayes were on the show it was the Patrick and Mel show for awhile. Now its the Johnny McPain show. I eventually came to like Lindsay a lot. Jen (Jessica Morris) needed mega acting lessons, the girl could not act and that annoyed me. Other than that FF worked just fine for me while the RappaDavisons were on.

I couldn't stand any of the Rappadorks. They invaded Llanview like rats in an alley behind an urban Burger King. Everything on the show became about them, in some way or another. I don't miss them at all.

I generally saw the Rappaports as the worst thing ever. Collectively they were a really drab ensemble with terrible attitudes, who took over pratically every aspect of the show. Sam, Will, Jen, Ben, Grace, even Skye…hated 'em. That being said, I did used to LOVE Lindsay. Her rivalry with Nora REALLY picked up the slack for the void of Viki/Dorian those few years when RS was off the show. I used to adore when they'd do battle. It's too bad that Malone came in and destroyed her character completely by having her go totally bonkers. From there she became too sympathetic and rootable, which IMO killed her edge and left her no longer the villainess I once loved.

I liked the first Sam and Lindsay was fun,but I could have done without the kids, both of whom I thought were two of the dullest feebs I'd ever seen anywhere.Even so,I was sorry they killed off Jen.I just wished they had sent her away.

It's funny. Then-head writer Dena Higley said that Jen was going to leave in a "fun" way. Her getting strangled to death was a real trip to the amusement park.

LOL!!!! Dena Higley was the first of many writers that were the downfall of the show.

I found Will the most annoying of all the Rappaports, honestly. Such a brat. Always combative, always quick to fight or doubt. He was like the Cole Thornhart of his era.
