LOL the child does look a lot better with them pinned back. I don't know I would have to talk to the child and see how he feels about it.

Elective cosmetic surgery for a child? I don't know about that. Certainly not because the way their ears looked bothered me.

If my child's ears stuck out like that, I would speak to the doctor and ponder it a bit. That being said, I really don't like the idea of having cosmetic surgery performed on children if it isn't necessary.
