I think it would be very difficult. Certainly there are other options that don't involve cheating but that would be a huge issue.

I can be supportive if some instance may have triggered a momentary disinterest in sex, but it's a general disinterest in or aversion to sex, then that's a problem.

I could, but wouldn't want to. Sex & love making is one of the things that bonds couples, and if that never happens then after a while I would start to feel unfulfilled and see things as just being platonic.
