I can't imagine that this one is going to top John Carpenter's (its one of my all time fave horror flicks) but I will go see it. Thanks Chris I didn't know about this.

Spoiler: In Carpenter's version it was already out and had taken one of the dogs. That's how it was brought back to the American compound.

Yes I saw Carpenter's version a hundred times. In the original they brought it back in the block of ice.
