Never had that before, but I don't know how appealing that pictures seems to me. Have you had it? If so, how is it?

If its made right its delicious! My sister makes a very good Carbonara. The picture doesn't do it justice.

There isn't to much on an Italian menu that I wouldn't try. I was thinking it was something else though. Regardless. I enjoy swine.

I see Olive Garden advertising Carbonara but it dosen't look the same as the traditional recipe.

I haven't had that particular kind of pasta before, but I can believe that it is probably very tasty. Agree with Al, when it comes to Italian food, there isn't much I wouldn't be willing to try.
