    I remember there was a shortage of pumpkins last year too, we had a hard time finding any canned pumpkin for pies, so we had to buy gallon cans from the retail store. Oh, and in New York pumpkins are $15 a piece? Holy crap, guess $4 a pumpkin isn't so bad this year after all.

    I hope that in territories where they are high, people opt to just not buy. Here they are cheap already, and I still won't get one till someone gives us one, which happens a lot since we know a lot of farmers.
