| It's not a term I like using because of the attention it gets, but yeah I guess you could say that, usually at a time of somebody's death or in remembrance of them though, there IS a reason for it. | |

| No. Sure I get the blues now and then but not without a good reason. Even if the shitty situation lasts for a while, I don't think of that as depression. | |

 It's not. It's normal to feel sad about specific things or be "down in the dumps" now & then. Depression is a whole 'nother animal. | |

| Perhaps my worst period of it is when my daughter died; hard time of it for a couple of years. However, I always made efforts to continue enjoy life when I could.
This year I have battled depression a lot. Oh, there a few reasons but the most predominant one is lack of sun and warm seasons. I suffer from SAD, and this year has been a bitch. | |
