Have you ever had Eggs in Purgatgory? We simply call it Eggs in the Gravy but the American way is Eggs in Purgatory. My Mama used to make this from time to time and it is really good! Of course she did it her way making a big pot of gravy and then dropping the eggs into it.

I've never heard of them T. They look edible but I'm not a fan of runny yokes.
