Do you think there is any benefit from Vitamin Waters? Is it just a scam to get us to buy their product? How do they know exactly how much vitamin is in each bottle?

A few of them taste pretty good, and don't they have the amount of vitamins on the label? It's been a minute since I've had one.

Yeah they have the amount on the label but how do they really know what ends up in that bottle? Its produced in mass so how do they measure?

I don't think I ever drank one. I would hope that they are vitamin-laced like the name suggests, but I get the feeling that even if they are, it's all watered down.

I drink a lot of Propel. It tastes good and the vites are a plus. I don't like to drink plain water, so this helps.

I drink Vitamin Water and Sobe every day usually with dinner. There are some flavors that are nasty but some are good.

I've never tried one of them. I do mix a vitamin C powder with regular water.

I find when it comes to these things you're usually safe with cherry. Any other flavor is a crap shoot.
