    Hello.

    I was graciously invited to join this group from someone on another message board who actually was interested in my opinions. How could I say "no?"

    I am an oldie, 65, but I have friends of all ages and like to think age doesn't have too much to do with my thinking.

    Am I supposed to lists likes, dislikes, hobbies and whatnot?

    Okay. Cats, theater, discussions with intelligent people, reading and whatever interests me at the moment.

    I am looking forward to seeing people's ideas, thoughts and opinions.

    Is this Minerva of Portland? If so, we've exchanged a few on "that other" forum.

    In a way I like this forum a lot better because the topics are simple. When I joined I decided that I was not going to delve into pissing matches in this one (and have done it only once).
