Convenience. Biking distance to grocery stores, cinema, and nude beach.
Plus the ambience of being on Miami Beach with tourists from everywhere in my neighborhood.

We opted for this suburb due to the great elementary school.

My first husband and I were living in Texas and I wanted to return to the West Coast. He did not want California so we came to Oregon as a compromise.
