    If in the foreseeable future you were to leave your current residence, would you consider another place in the same vicinity or would you move to an entirely different area?

    We really like our area , and this side of town.So if we were going to move it would be in this general area.

    I'm moving in the very near future and I want to stay in this area. I might take this place that's only 10 mins away from me. I'm spoiled and I've gotten used to the good parking. I can't go back to that alternate side parking shit.

    Well, yeah. If we had to move next month, I would stay around here. It would be best for both of us. I don't think I would buy a house here right now, but was so tempted for us to take the plunge a while back.

    About eight doors down, a house was for sale. I checked out the interior online and it was perfect for us. It was priced to sell and after what I saw it went for, I regretted not seriously visiting the idea of us buying together.

    LOL we joke about moving to a different part of the complex where parking isn't such an issue but moving is such a pain and we would probably get jacked for the much higher rent that new tenants are paying.

    I have been in this same area of Miami Beach since 1996 and have moved five times, all in the same area (3 places on the same street blocks apart).

    Everything I do is convenient here for bicycling; equidistant to the nude beach and the movie theater. So, I'm staying here.
