Years ago, when Jim and I were working at this dreadful place that required overnight sleeping in the living room, we had an apartment and let this female co-worker share it with us.

I never saw it but Jim let me know she had a crush on me. She used to sew me things and such. Oh well. Nothing ever came of it. Jim and I took off to India.

Ha! Well, over the years I've been finding out that I had a LOT of them when I was in high school. The guys have confessed it to me at renions and email. But I wasn't into boyfriends and I wasn't allowed to date, anyway. Oddly, many thought I was simply anti-social because they never saw me outside of school hours ~ and I am anti-social.

There have been a few so-called "admirers" throughout my adult years, too, but I've been either married or in a live-in relationship since I left home.

Yes. A friend told me that her cousin liked me and he asked her for my phone number but he didn't want to ask me. Which I didn't fucking get at all cause if you're scared to talk to me and ask me for the number, what's the point in you having it? We actually went out a few times though.
