    When you're driving on the freeway, which lane do you usually hang out in and how well do you generally keep up with traffic?

    I don't really "hang" in any lane. I keep up with the flow of traffic and drive accordingly. I don't hang out in the right lane because that's for slower moving traffic and merging traffic, don't hang out in the left lane because that's the lane that for PASSING ONLY (I really wish people would learn this) and if you speed in that lane, you're most likely to get a ticket because that's where the cops look to write tickets. Only thing that is consistent is that I will most likely be going over the speed limit. Most of the time, not by much, but I do go over it.

    Why are they called Parkways and Expressways here in NY instead of freeways?

    Typically I keep right, pass left. Unless I have to get passed a left-lane dick.

    I keep my foot on the floor in the left lane and see the people on the right go by in a rainbow blur! lol at least until i start seeing lights flashing! lol
