One of my very favorite things to eat. But if I use gravy then it's only about a tsp, just enough to give it a little extra flavor. Usually I prefer a pat of butter on top.

My favorite food as a child (ONLY if the potatoes were REAL though, not that ground cardboard stuff you get out of a box), and still one of my all-time tops!

It's not a part of my low-fat diet but now and then I will make a white gravy with vegetable oil and flour. But by the time I do that I like it on white bread as much as on potatoes.
