Morning person vs night person?

Are you a morning person or a night person? Have you always been that way?

I have always been a night person, even in school--- it was soooo difficult for me to start my days in the morning. Even now, I am still a night person. What about you?

Anything BUT a morning person! I used to be a real night owl, even worked graveyard for a few years. But I also love and worship the sun, which I could not enjoy because I was asleep. I still have a tendency to stay up until as late as one.

Oddly enough, though, on the weekends I sleep no later than 9; whereas, my early-to-bed co-workers often sleep in until noon! Talk about sleeping their lives away!

very much a night person

I'm an afternoon person. If I can, I do most of my leisure activity midday.

Totally a night owl.
