2012 election season; will Obama get a second term?

Based more on probability/likelihood than your personal choice, call it - will Obama be reelected in November?

I think it's likely & a sure thing if the rumors of a VP/SoS switcheroo are true.

I damn sure don't want him again but I do think he stands a good chance.

I think it's all going to come down to who runs against him because if we had anybody who looked semi-good I would say Obama better get his bags packed by next January.

I don't think he will. The economy is still in the toilet, and he gets blamed for it. Bringing the troops home will save billion of dollars, but the damage is done.

what i dont get about congress is how these people are supposed to be soooo smart and yet are so damn stupid. To stimulate an economy, give the people a "bailout". Instead of bailing out the banks/wall street... they should have given every american a certain amount of money. When they spend to money to pay their bills, the banks would have gotten paid, the stores would have made money, and cars would have gotten bought. and you would be helping more than a particular group. baffles me

The main thing Obama has going for him at the moment is the laughable alternatives.

Thankfully Bachmann has been tanking lately. Even her staff is jumping ship. It seems like everyday there's a new "frontrunner" on that side. It's insane. Right now it seems to be "Frothymix" & that won't last long either.

My real disappointment with Obama has been his lack of conviction and his willingness to negotiate everything. A president has to be a bit more forceful when dealing with a group of idiots in congress. He needed to use the voters’ confidence and used that to put Pelosi and other distracters – both republickins and democraps – in their place and be the leader who was voted into the office..

But to answer the question, I would like for Obama to have a 2nd term and give him a chance to demonstrate he has the conjones.

I do like the fact that he has been rather straight forward with israel rather then bending over and kissing their ass like most presidents do. He was very adamant about trying to help people to keep their homes by insisting on loan modifications.

If anyone from the idiot pool of Republicans that is vying for the nomination is going to be who he's running against.....then hell yes.

The Dems need to retake the House though.

I think he may get in again more because the republican prospects are nothing but sad comedy.

It depends who he's up against. I think anybody will crush Obama. OBAMA is sad comedy. Obama is a failure and I think it's the Republican's election to lose. If they let Obama walk all over them, they'll lose. If Obama has to actually fight, he's toast.
