I use it every day on my salad with Balsamic vinegar.
I cook it with certain foods like black beans or tomato sauce or sauteeing vegeis but use corn oil for frying eggs because olive oil tends to smoke at high heat and certain foods I prefer without the flavor.

On pasta and rice and a salad just aint a salad w/o olive oil!
