We've only used olive oil.

I use olive oil mostly. If I'm frying something, I prefer canola instead of vegetable.

Depends on why I need oil but I generally prefer olive oil.

I stand alone here I guess but I prefer canola oil. I hate the taste of olive oil, its thick, heavy and sooo oily tasting.

That is why it is so good in certain tomato dishes and sprinkled over a salad with Balsamic vinegar.
However it does not go with everything, which is why I use corn oil for frying eggs or other neutral tasting foods.

Hardly use Canola, I stick with Olive or Vegetable.
