Do you think she's all hype, or does she have substance? Have you ever known anyone who has lost weight from following her meal plans?

, and no I've never known anyone who's tried her meal plans.

I have known a few people that have lost tons of weight doing the Jenny Craig diet. Problem is that they have to stick to it or the weight comes back on!

I guess she has some substance since she's been in business all these years. Doesn't hurt to try it, but I don't think it's something you'd want to do in the long term. Maintaining your weight is harder.

Have you seen the commercials on TV? It would make sense if people were losing weight with these meals because nobody's going to try anything that looks so disgusting.

I agree that it's the maintaining once it's lost. Getting the weight off is one thing but keeping it off is equally as hard. People should do whatever is producing results but it would be surprising if people stayed on that diet throughout their entire lives.

i was on it... its extremely expensive and lost a TOTAL of 6 pounds in a few months.

Then I went on Nutrisystem, lost 80pounds and kept it off until my medications made me gain it back Nutrisystem was a much more affordable plan, and you didnt have to go in every week to be weighed and humiliated by a person asking you why you didnt lost that week, or GOD FORBID gained.

All I remember is singing the theme song around the neighborhood when it first got big around here...."1-800, 94 Jenny!"

I knew a couple of people who lost weight on the plan but they didn't keep it off. Same with Weight Watchers.
