- Just juice/milk/something cold
- Toast

| On workday mornings I have a cup of black coffee with one reduced fat Oreo.
Then I have one hardboiled egg.
On Weekends, I have a couple cups of black coffee with one Oreo each.
After an hour or so I cook two eggs with grits or a cheese omelet. Then have a cup of cafe au lait with a couple more Oreos. | |
