Re: Catching other peoples colds
Since you'd about have to catch it from somebody, I'd say very good, now KNOWING who it was, that's another story.

I can't prevent it totally but I take enough precautions that it doesn't happen that often. My wife had a pretty potent cold last month but I didn't catch it. I use hand sanitizer a lot and keep my hands away from my nose and eyes.

I do not catch bugs easily at all (one good thing about my health). I have public contact all day long; however, I rarely tough anything of theirs (paperwork). And I usually try to use a hankie while using handrails in stairs or grips in busses. Right now I have a very slight one that I caught from my hubby but it's only a slight sore throat.

Re: Catching other peoples colds
I am so/so at catching what others have. But when I do it is usually winter and it is just something that happens to nearly everyone in winter.
Last night, my guy came home with one eye very red and I was so paranoid it was pink eye. That is so catchy. But I think it was just from working with dust because it was better this morning.

I don't easily catch someone else's bug. Every blue moon I may get something from one of my kids, but I keep enough antibiotics on hand to distinguish it before it explodes.

Re: Catching other peoples colds
I usually don't. I don't get sick in general. I haven't had the flu or a cold in 6 years. I hadn't had one 7 years before that. I hadn't had one 7 years before that. I'm bout due for a cold.
