I have a pretty set diet and buy just what I know I will be eating. Seldom have leftovers, and if I do, they are planned to be eaten in a couple of days.

Probably about 10%. It finds it's way to the back of the fridge and settles in to spoil, mainly because there isn't enough to feed 2 people a second time. Now that we have to watch my husbands salt and Carb intakes it is even worse.

I prob. throw away more than I should, but not a whole lot. Like I bought tomatoes a while ago and never ate them and I had to throw them away this morning because I saw that they were starting to sprout fungus.

I hate wasting food, I give it away if I see that its going to spoil.
