| When the weather is so bad that it was deemed a state of emergency and police insist that people stay off the roads, do you think drivers who disobey (and not because of an emergency) should be ticketed? | |

There are exceptions but generally if it's a declared state of emergency and someone decides they just have to go out in a blizzard or hurricane I don't have any sympathy for them if they get a ticket. I have more sympathy for the emergency personnel who have to put themselves in harms way to save the moron's ass. | |

| That is so difficult to police. The driver could be a worker from a hospital who just left a 12+ hour shift. | |
