Somebody asked if I lived in Russia when I told them milk here costs at least $4 a gallon. It's been that way since last summer and only now has gone down in one store to $3.70 a gallon. One thing I'm not looking forward to about summer, last year it got up to $4.50 a gallon and we go through 3-4 gallons a week.

It's about $3.55 a gallon here for 2%.

And it's always priced differently if it's 2%, if ti's 1%, skim, we buy vitamin D (whole) milk, always.

I'm not sure what my 2% costs, but my husbands lactose free milk costs $4.99 per half gallon.

I'm not sure....I don't buy milk by the gallon because I don't drink a lot of it. I buy it by the quart....and its about $1.33. It used to be .90. I but almond milk too and that $3.50 for a half gallon.

Just stopped at the grocery and paid $3.49 for 1%. I think it is all the same price here. Wally World caries a USDA Organic that sells for $4.99 a gallon.
