Not unless the only way they will get homes and loving parents is to separate them. Not many people for instance would be able to take 5 kids, while they might be able to take 2. If they could place all 5 but in separate families why keep them in foster care rather than real homes?

No but sometimes some people not in a position adopt more than 1. In cases like that the adopted families should make it a mission to make sure the sibs still get to see each other.
