Radio On/Off

You are listening to the radio, then walk out of the room for about 5 minutes and when you come back it's off because someone else in the room doesn't want to listen to it. Do you turn it back on?

Depends on the person in the room. If I was listening to the radio for a specific reason, then yes...I'm turning it back on. If I'm not pressed, it can stay off. If I am in a spiteful mood, its definitely going back on.

I agree that it depends on my mood and who it was that turned it off. If it seems like they did it to be rude, then I'll probably - at the very least - question them on it.
