Are you aware of your current credit score? If so, are you satisfied with it?

    Yes and yes.

Actually, it could be higher. I'm trying to attain A-1 credit. But for right now, it works. I can still get good interest rates.

Don't know but I do know that we have 2 banks that are more than willing to loan us all the money we want. Recently we took a credit card out of our bank security box and cut it up. It had a high limit on it and frankly we were paying $30.00 a year for the privilege of having it sit in the bank box. So that cut our final ties with a 3rd bank that would loan us a great deal of money. That last bank sent us a bill for 8¢ so I took 8 pennies to the local branch and paid the bill. The next month we got a statement saying we had an 8¢ credit. Costs them more to send the bill and the stupid statement.

i bought my car last year and was told that my score was excellent... i saw the score then... it was OK. (there are different scores though, not just the 3 bureaus, but there are mortgage scores, auto loan scores, revolving scores). So it is possible to have say:

639 549 666 on the three major bureaus, but if u paid ur car note without fail, you can have a 750 for the car loan score.

there is much more involved than they let you know... but in general, am i happy with it... not really but i still get credit for everything i really want.

It's been too long since I checked. I was satisfied the last time I did.

Mine is very good but my husband's is even better. I think I lost points when I opted out of a long-standing credit card several years back when they all jacked up their interest rates (remember that?). That card will be paid off in about a year, and then I will burn the damn thing.
