This pic is very telling.
NC (like FL) was one of the 17 states in 1967 where it was illegal for whites and blacks to marry. Now those same mostly Southern and Western backwater states are again discriminating against a class of ppl and our real hope is for the right case to make it before the U.S. Supreme court where these same mistaken mean-spirited laws can be declared unconstituional for violating the 14th Amendment.
