I was planning to go to a smorgasbord restaurant for lunch with a couple of co-workers. Then about twenty minutes ago I guzzled a one liter Coke. Now I've practically lost my appetite.

Soda will do that to you Chris that is why when I go to one of those I drink water and its usually during my meal. Many times I have drank soda and have filled up with very little food.

I am doing great, a little busy but that makes the day go by. I am kind of hoping it might stop raining sometime before the end of the month.

It really depends on what I'm eating because there are some things you do NOT want to get seconds of.

To answer the question, yes, I can get full pretty quickly. Which is why I really don't do buffet's. I feel I never get my money's worth at a sit down buffet.

I do. I can only eat so much. My eyes are usually bigger than my stomach.

Water fills you up too. Any liquid would. That's why you should drink after you eat....not during or before.

and as far as drinking.. if u are doing it right... u can drink before, during, and after--- filling urself up on plenty of protein
but how quickly I fill up depends on whether or not alan cuts off the extra 2 or 3 that he discussed in the other thread!

It depends. Sometimes I don't even finish a plate. Other times I'm getting that "look" at the Chinese restaurant lol
