He was smart, clever a con artist who did dastardly deeds, and now is reduced to seeking advice from a 15 year old and stealing banana splits. That whole scene today made me What are the IIC doing to David? 910626 It was horrible, imo.

David's been horrible for awhile - encouraging Matthew to cover up how he sent Bull after Nate just to get his petty revenge, Matthew's worship of David, the whole David/Viki stuff. I have no interest in David anymore. He's nothing but a cartoon character with no depth. Yet another character RC has gutted.

He did make a good bad guy. When David turned down Todd's offer of a million bucks to tell on Marcie, he lost me. That was so OOC for David.

David occassionaly amuses me nowadays but most of the time if I'm bored to death by him. This whole last returnhas been a huge disaster. I just want David gone at this point.

David no longer serves a purpose, other than to prop others like Viki, Dorian and Matthew. I wish they would just write him out for good so that we can savor his former image as a more nefarious con. This goofball, shallow, one-liner clown is just terrible and is not the character Malone created.
