    Hmmm.....prob. the free concerts they give out in Prospect Park. Think Beres Hammond is playing there this year...and Jimmy Cliff. Gotta check to make sure.

    There are many, but it gets a jump start on my favorite event: Portland Waterfront Blues Festival during 4th of July week. It's 5 days long this year.

    My parents are coming from Phoenix in early July for a visit, and on July 5th, I have to take my daughter and one of her friends into Boston for a Demi Lovato concert. Ugh! Can someone just shoot me now, please??? I can't stand those little Disney channel brats, but being the good mother that I am, I will sit there, earplugs in, and not sneak out and hop over to Fenway and see Roger Waters/Pink Floyd, instead. . . . LOL
