    This is one time where the newspaper beat the internet in the punch of breaking the story, at least around here. 32 pounds, I can't even imagine what a 10 year old would look like at that, never mind how she's even still alive. For this sorry bitch I'd say bring out the slowest, most excruciating method of death for her execution.
