Ever been locked in a room for an extended period of time? How'd you get out?

I was locked in a jail cell in San Francisco for only 3 hours and I did not like it. Got out when the pigs decided they didn't have a valid arrest.

I have been stuck at home for a day because the weather was too lousy to go out but I have gone out in lousy weather just to escape after the first day. Imprisonment does not set well with me.

I got locked in a closet once when I was about six, seems to be a legacy in the house, every kid who's stayed here in the last two generations have all gotten locked in that closet, it's got a very tricky latch on it that hardly moves between locked and unlocked.
