Do you think this is a good idea? Would you consider adding an LCD TV screen in your car?

The last thing most of these asshats on the highway need is another distraction. Big glass of no

Nope. IMO there should be a law against having them upfront, near the drivers seat. If they gonna put TVs in cars then they should make sure that they will only be for the passengers eyes.

I remember when transistors allowed portable TVs to run off of car current. I also remember they immediately made laws against TVs in the front seat of cars. Seems strange that with all the idiocy of the '50s they saw that one coming and stopped it. So, maybe those laws are still on the books.

Unfortunately, if they are not, the corporations that own our government won't let it be done.

No more distracting than the radio if all you do is listen to it. Not pressed about putting one in my car but I'm not against the idea.

I don't think they should be in the front at all. In the back, I think it is entertaining for kids on long trips. But not for short ones. I have friends who turn them on for kids just for a ride to the store or some other short jaunt. I am really against that.

Definitely not anywhere the driver can see it.

no Absolutely not. People are just crazy these days for what they want in their cars. Between talking on the phone, texting and now watching TV while driving you need to take out a million dollar policy on your life when you drive cause you don't know when some crazy, texting, talking, tv watching sucker is going to be driving your way!

I'm not pressed to get one....but they're good for road trips. Only should be in the back though.
