Thats me most of the time Marc I am not big on celebrating my own birthday but I do because of friends and family to keep them happy.

I don't think I've ever felt that way. I love when my birthday comes around, the love and attention I get, is what I love most.

I've been there. It's nice to have people care about it, but the older you get, the more it seems to come by faster every year.

I really don't like other ppl intruding on my birthday, which should be my own time to reflect as I wish.
But, it seems to be tradition and we non-traditional ppl get sucked into it. A shame tho that you on your special day have to be polite and look appreciative for those who think they are honoring you.

I always wanna celebrate it but I don't always wanna do it ON the actual day. Especially if its in the middle of the week. Lets wait til the weekend to go get drunk.

I NEVER want to celebrate my birthday. That's why I don't post my birthday on Facebook or on here. I also prefer to wait until the weekend following my birthday to do anything "big". Celebrating it in the middle of a work week almost throws me off.
