Heck yea, especially on One Life to Live, I cried when Asa died! Fess up Chris I know you did too!

I can't recall getting teary eyed over Asa's death. It was a moving episode though. I tend to get emotional at TV deaths if the other characters go to pieces and it becomes a big sorrow-fest. From what I recall, Asa's death was more shocking and surreal, then followed by this sort of odd celebration of his life that changed the tone from melancholy to celebratory.

Speaking on General Hospital, though, even though I don't watch the show; I recall the episode when Lila Quartermaine died. I admit that one got to me, because the overall tone of it was more devastating.

Yeah, Megan's death was devastating. I didn't see it when it aired on TV, but I did see it on YouTube and SOAPnet. With her, she so young that you wanted to see her overcome her illness, and that she didn't just made it all the more tragic. It was an emotional episode; especially when she finally succumbed in Jake's arms.

I got to see it all when it happened. A couple of years later I had the privilege to meet Jessica Tuck and I told her when Megan died that I really lost it. She laughed I guess hearing that coming from a guy.

Just a few days ago... family patriarch, Edward Quartermine, died on General Hospital... I was a bit more emotional because he just didn't die off from the show, the actual actor portraying him passed. The end of the episode was really touching.
